Laminating machine is making use of the good adhesive property of
polypropylene and polyethylene during the melting status, this
machine adheres and laminates paper and color-printed woven packaging
bags. Laminating melted polypropylene and polyethylene film on woven
bags produces laminated woven bags.
Laminating
on the film and paper directly, or laminating color-printed OPP and
BOPP film on both sides of these bags produces colored packaging bags
for instant noodles, melon seeds and various other foods, It is
suitable for coating on the Circular PP/HDPE Woven Fabric.
This
machine breaks the former shortcoming of only using expensive special
coating plastics for film instead, it use common polypropylene power
material plus a little polyethylene. Under the molten state, it has a
peculiar gluey function to daub film between braiding bag and paper
or braiding bag and BOPP film or on braiding film and make all kinds
of compound braiding bags through pasting and cutting by pressure.
As
a result, it greatly reduces the cost and wins better market for
compound bags. The extruder of this unit can control the melting
temperature automatically. It uses no-class speed adjuster to adjust
the thickness of melting film, two-side or one-side film, double-mold
head and the width of coating. The timber, which can be adjusted
crossly, has auto-cutting side, blowing side and the M-folding side.
If the device is cut off, the whole structure will operate in the
same step. Moreover, this machine can also adjust the length of
cutting bags by using no-class speed adjuster changing gears.
