Plastic Monofilament (Round Yarn) Extruder Line

Consisting of extrusion, stretching and winding unit, this machine is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology, by HDPE, PP as its raw. The round yarn made from the machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes, cables, finish nets, construction safety nets, sun shielding nets, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes, as well as protective nets for the cotton fields. The series of the machine have different spinnerets as 120, 180, 260 with the yarn ranging form 0.15mm to 0.35mm and winding spindles of 130, 192 and 288. The production capacity of the machine is 15-50kg/h. The machine is compacted in its structure. ADC motor is used for stretching, thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet the different parameters. The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way, so that the flatness and uniformity of the yarn can ensured.
